The pummel looks like a early to mid 70's. The blade looks to be of the same era. I looked at the spacers thru a loupe and they look like micarts except they have what looks like the texture of snake skin (lots of little bumps)
I was told the BCCI members last name is Wilson, he's 85 years old, and he was at the show this weekend. He sold this knife and the others to a dealer/knife maker 7 years ago when he started to wind down his collection. I don't think the guy I bought it from would lie as his reputation would be on the line, he's a respected member of the Knife Makers Guild.

Big chunks cost mucho $$$...Right now big/large old statue's and other art items made of IW are being hunted down and resold for big bucks...
