I am trying to find a used AS to customize. I know some of you have such creatures lurking around.. Could you, who has, show us, who wants:D
Naked or not, sharpe is HOT...;)

Here's a link to pic of my AS that lost its standard asymetrical edge on an Edge-Pro Apex some time ago. The considerably thinned out edge is MUCH more efficient.

It would IMHO be fun to take an AS, thin out the edge and take the blade thickness down to about 3/32" for amazing cutting, while leaving the handle 1/4" thick for what comfort that size handle offers. Maybe radius the upper & lower edges of the tang spine & finger grooves as well.

Nordic? Hmmm....thinking along the lines of one of the small Brusletto style knives?

When the coating on my AS finally is beat up, I think I'll just get it bead blasted and perhabs get the edges smooted out a bit along with chamfering the holes....maybe! I like it just the way it is actually!:D
But I gotta admit that the PS is damn cool!
 
I love my AS! I have always liked the PS as well, but think that if Jerry made one with another .5-1 inch added to the length of the blade it would be an awesome EDC. Just my .02 :eek:
