I've been carrying it more than my GEC's for everyday uses other than hiking the property and then I use my Sod Buster.

I think the Case knives are becoming my favorite.

Their standard amber jigged bone, has a nice look about them, my favorite of Case jigged bone :-)

I think you got a better run of the Amber bone on that one than I did. Still a good knife.

Heh, well when I was ordering it from a vendor who sells through an auction site (it's a factory new knife) I wasn't paying good attention and thought I was getting the Chestnut Bone CV version, so it's a bit different than I was expecting. :) But still a good knife.

Very nice. I've been on the fence about ordering a mini trapper for a while, I just can't get over the glued on shields. If Case made that one small change, I would have many more in the stable. I love the look of the bone and the slim profile.

That's another good looking knife, sir! :-) Case makes, I believe, a tiny trapper... but I have not seen one in person. But, I like the novelty idea of a tiny trapper... Maybe someday :-)

That's actually a Trappernut there. You can tell by the serpentine frame, same as the Peanut. The Tiny Trapper has the same frame shape as the regular trapper and mini trapper - squared off bolster on one end and swelled round bolster on the other.

Tiny Trapper (with Wharncliffe):

Comparison to Peanut (actually a bit smaller):

The Wharncliffe Mini Trapper (6207W) is currently in production in the Sawcut Antique Bone handles that I showed a pic of above, if you search around on the Internet you'll certainly find one for sale, if not I can PM or VM you some vendors that have them in stock.

I really like my mini-Trapper but I only have a wharncliffe version in "Green Apple", which is almost a zombie green. I'd like to pick up a regular model one of these days, if GEC, Queen and Schatt stop releasing new ones that I want!

The Tiny Trapper is a fun little knife, I get "awww, it's cute" from the ladies at work :D

The Trappers are a great pattern. Love the look of your knife. Guess I need to plan a trip to "that big knife store" in Sevierville TN to do some browsing Case knives. My last visit was dedicated to looking at Beckers, Canal Street, GEC, SAKs, Mora, and a few others. Takes a lot of time to really look around and see what's out there. But I do tend to choose the full sized Trappers however.
