Pic posting help

I'm still trying to figure this all out but still getting stumped!
When I try to post pics from my computer they come as thumbnails and when I use an image hosting site it does the same or says error in uploading from URL.!! I'm no computer whiz but on all other forums I can post full size pics but this one has got me. I don't understand Tags or how an image site is gonna help me. I can resize my own pics or is it just me? Any help would be great. Thanks, Steve

I have tried both Image Shack & Photo Bucket.:(
 
What you need to do is size your photos at 800 pixels.
After that you need to click on your user cp and go to albums.
Next upload your photos to your albums.
After your photos are uploaded click on them and what you'll see on the bottom is two bars one with http (on the top), and one with on the bottom.
Copy the [IMG] line and when posting a post go advanced and paste it in your post.
Just make sure they don't end up side by side, because if they do I'll hate you because it stretches the screen to the right and it's a pain in my arse to view.
Make sure you hit enter inbetween [IMG] lines, and also to preview your post.

This is all kinda vague, but should be helpful in posting BIG pics.
