Pic Request: AFCK vs AD/HD vs MS/LMS

I guess the title says it all. I've carried a Benchmade AFCK for years as my EDC, but am thinking of moving to a Busse fixed blade at some point. I can compare the measurements of the knives all I want, but what would really be nice would be pics showing these knives side by side. Anyone out there got the unlikely combination of an AFCK, and AD/HD, and MS/LMS, and a digital camera? I'm mostly just looking for side-on shots, to get a feeling for overall size.

As a matter of fact I have those very knives. I'll try to get some shots up this evening.
 
I know this is not exactly what you were lookig for, but I hope it can help if nobody has the picture you want. The MS is 8 3/4", the HD 7 7/8", they are lined up with the end of the ruler perfectly, John

Wow! :eek: Ask and ye shall receive, eh?

These pics kick ass! Now I can see that having an MS would be like having an open AFCK on my side, whereas having an HD would be like having an open mini-AFCK. Now I just have to hope that my Xmas money comes in before the tan/tan HD's are all gone from the Company Store. :D

Those are great comparison pictures!

Foxhole -- I've been EDC'ing my AFCK (or alternately, the EDI Genesis) for years now as well, and I do have the Model-T Street which IMHO is a great fixed EDC. However, I'm sure I will always carry my folder solely, or alongside the fixed (but not the other way around), simply because it's so convenient, more sheeple-friendly, a great slicer, and especially in Toronto... it's just *heat* toting a fixed blade... but granted I don't know the attitude in Calgary. I went with the Model-T because anything smaller than my folder seemed pointless, and it was only $187 from the company store :) I'm sure you'll be pleased with either the MrS or LMS, though...

Yes Silas they are snakeskin. Totally different look from the snakeskin on the SJTac, huh? The FSH has a even different look in snakeskin. Weird but cool!

Kinda wished I'd got in on those Model Ts. Nice tweener blade and a great price. Oh well, we can't have them all can we.... or can we??? :D
 
I don't mind carrying something a bit smaller, as long as it's sturdy. The problem I have (and this is a Canadian knife law gripe) is that carrying my AFCK is marginally legal at best since it's so "flippable", but carrying a fixed blade without concealing it is legal. I'm more tempted to be in compliance with the letter of the law.
