I am hoping someone can post or direct me to a picture which shows the following - a GEC furtaker muskrat and a furtaker trapper next to each other, both with just the clip blade open. What I'm interested in seeing is the difference in the position of the wharncliffe blade when it's closed. I can kinda guess how each would set in my hand but seeing the two setups side by side would be very helpful for me. If anyone has handled both and could offer thoughts on which was more or less comfortable to hold that would be appreciated as well.

Thanks.

Wow, that is a nice trio there Dennis, as much as I LOVE Stag...just look at that burnt sky   burnt sky = awesome!

Thanks Dennis, much obliged. That's exactly what I was looking for. I had a feeling you might be the guy to come through on this. :)

I seem to be drawn to the muskrat setup more than the trapper in terms of looks, something about a blade at each end on an equal end pattern resonates with me. But when it comes to the grip while using the knife the trapper would likely be more comfortable for me.

Thanks again.

musk has one advantage over trapper----if one end of knife is damaged you can use the opposite end.--dennis. i like the wharnie blade for wood cutting.
