I'm wondering if anyone has a pic of these three together? I'm thinking about my next piece of INFI, its a tough decision. I will probably need all three eventually anyway, so I should probably get whichever one I can get my sweaty piglet hooves on next. I have a FBM, ordered a BATAC, and scored a MRS and an AD from the ganzaa. What next? I NEED MORE!!! TIA for the pic if someone has it.

You caught me on my lunch hour so now you have to listen to me:D. I don't have any pics, nor do I own any of these blades. I do have a growing collection of Busse family knives so I have thought about this myself from time to time. If this is to be a user most of your decision should be based on what your intended use of the knife is. Do you want a precision slicer/cutter, a chopper, or something with a little of both? Or do you just want one to put in the safe:)? You seem to have the small end covered with the BATAC, MS and AD. I think going big would be a better choice.

That said if I had to pick one it would be the FSH. This is blade is at or near the top of the list of knives I've been wanting to add to my collection. I think it will be a little easier to come by than an SFNO. The SJTAC is only one inch longer than the BATAC and almost, if not completely, identical in blade shape. I think the FSH would be a great medium sized blade to throw in between the FBM and the BATAC. That's not to say that if a SFNO came up at a good price that you shouldn't HOG it up. I just think the FSH fills the niche a little better. Can't go wrong with 8 inches of 1/4" INFI. Or if you really want to rock out wait for Jerry to release the Anniversary Steel Heart I. That could be the best of all worlds.

Good luck with the selection.

That's what I'm waiting for!

Can't help you with the BATAC, but here's a shot with the FSH and SFNO

Thanks guys! This has got to be the most helpful and friendly place on the net. That helps a lot. Between the two pics I now have a good idea of how the sizes compare. Mike, I think you're right. I'm looking for something of an all rounder between the BATAC and the FBM. Looking at the pics, I think the Steel heart fits the bill very well. Plus, the Steel Heart seems to be iconic in the Busse line. Thats not to say that if any of SFNOs or SJTACs turn up, that I won't scarf 'em up. You can't have too many.
