They are both great little knives for carrying. For my excessively large paws the SAR 3 handle being a little longer helps, so I carry it more. However, the Game Warden is much smoother and comfortable if it rubs anywhere when walking/moving a lot and these two at .22 are much more stout. You really can't go wrong either way.

Just going from the pics here (as I have never had the pleasure of handling either) the handles don't seem to differ much in length.
The SAR handle looks flat and taller at the butt while the Warden handle seems rounder and looks more ergonomic.
Also the blade lengths are very close.
I don't think that I will be doing a lot of "slicing" with it so I think I will go with a Warden. I like the .27 thick HOG's and would prefer satin with black G10.
the "list" calls it a Fat HOG Tuxedo Warden.
Now the search begins.
