Hi all,

I was hoping someone could post a side-by-side of marsh green G10 and OD green G10 (or just tell me if it's clear from the pic I attached)..

Just received a scale that should be marsh green but it seems darker than it should to me, more on the OD green end of things.

I can't decide from looking at various FS pics if it's the right color or not, but was expecting the marsh green to be much paler than this one..

Thanks Mike, yeah I've been staring at that page for a while now trying to decide..

I'm leaning more toward OD green on the one I have - it seems to have more of a darker/browning cast to it, similar to Rick's pics, than the more grayish-green of the marsh.

Then again, between my monitor and my eyeballs who knows what's going on :rolleyes: (My wife and I are constantly arguing over if something is blue or green, but somehow I always manage to pass the color vision test for my flight physical...)

Today is your lucky day... I just got a Marsh Green scale in the mail today and took this pic of it up against my OD Green scale (Marsh is on top).

Marsh is a lighter, more grayish green than OD...like the foliage green Spyderco uses on, for example, their Dragonfly G10.
 
Honestly, it was all the love for Pond that made me give it a rest for a bit. For awhile it seemed like everyone was putting Pond on their XM...then Pond sold out and are now...difficult to locate.
 
Also since c/f and Ti are often on customs and safe queens I decided to put them on my users.

Here it is next to the one I had in question (mine is the top scale - pretty sure it's OD, the bottom one is no-kidding Marsh Green).
