I am after a good pic of a Swamp Wacki and and AK together.....yes I am deliberating...

The AK47's about an inch and a half longer.

Waki: 17.0” blade; 27.625” oal
AK47: 18.5” blade; 29” oal

I wouldn't sell one of my Waki's for what they're asking for the BG AK47 (it's a $1.95 less than the base model Waki when you could still get it from the Swamp), and the AK47 is just plain better.

If you're thinking about getting one or the other, this is the one to get.

I stumbled on this forum in 2006 looking for a sheath for an AK that I'd just bought from the Company Store. I got it from Buy Brown. And later another one. And a couple Waki and Rucki sheaths. And a Butaniku. And that's just the sword sheaths.

So I'd say yes. Buy Brown does them.

Yeah, the ak is much nicer feeling in hand and you don't have to worry as much about the fishtail/crescent moon giving you double the 'doh, that hurts' if you get careless with the pommel.
