Facts about this knife
My first factual guess is: It is a fact that the knife in question is either a folding knife with one or more blades, or a fixed blade.
I think it is unlikely the knife in question is a figment of your imagination.

Since I am not familiar with the model, and don't know which manufacturer made it, I am pretty sure I can hazard another factual guess: "pictures would help."
(Another Fact: There were a lot of cutlery manufacturers in Soligen, Germany over the recent centuries)

70's-80's I'd guess if it's the knife I think it is.

Should be a lockback folding hunter with a match strike nail pull, mostly a Buck 110 type knockoff.
Almost looks like something from Puma to me.

Knives marked PIC were sold by Precise International from ca 1954-early 1990s. I think most of their knives were contract made by Solingen firms, and some were also made in Japan. Since the knife in question was marked Solingen, it was made by a firm there, probably Linder, Hubertus, or any of a number of other manufacturers in Solingen. There have been a large number of knife manufacturers in Solingen.

Well I had a picture of it but it didn't upload I don't know how to upload pics on here I guess lol I'm new to this site. Thank u bud!

As a registered user, you can post pictures using a picture hosting site. I use Imgur, but there are others. Once you have uploaded a picture, copy the web address. Then go to your post and click the image tool on the toolbar next to the smiley tool. Paste the picture address into the resulting popup. Then click the INSERT button. Note: picture web addresses must end in .jpg or .gif

A comprehensive guide to using Imgur can be found in this thread:
