Couldn't turn this down for the price at a flea mkt

FrankenQueen with unmarked blade which looks like a spey blade from a trapper or similar rather than the clip point I believe belongs in the knife.
Appears to be Queen Easy Open frame and scales but the blade has no markings whatsoever save for the number 6 on the pile side.

I don't know a lot about Queens, but that may not be a frankenknife. I have seen Old Timers very much like that one, that have the EO notch.

Regardless, neat find!

Queen used that blade on their #62 "Large Easy Open". The #62 was a 5 1/4" single blade knife with a swell center pattern, capped end. It's possible that Queen made that knife as a SFO and used a trapper pattern. You didn't say what size your knife is. Is it 5 1/4"?

No it's the smaller 11 EO model which Im pretty sure only came factory with a spearpoint. I wish there was a way to determine the age of the knife but with a replaced blade I am guessing that is not possible.

Per the GEC book, there were quite a few craftsmen in Titusville that mated unused handles with unused blades. Could be a fixer upper, or a parts knife.
