Picked up a like new Hoodlum at a local gun shop today. No box but it did have the instruction sheet in the sheath pouch. Unused as far as I can tell. Nice big piece of steel and is a good stand in for FMA bolo techniques.

I got one for Christmas last year. It's a great knife. Congratulations and enjoy.

The picture is not so great. Now I have to get the smaller Buck Punk to go with it and I'll have a Buck Espada Daga set. Bet Ron Hood did'nt have that in mind when he designed those blades. But now that I think about it most here dont know what Espada Daga is.

Congrats, I think they are a great knife!

The Punk just doesn't do it for me though, I have many others along those lines already.

Great knife ,pull off the scales and add lock-tite to the screws & reassemble..... if you baton or chop with it ,the handle hardware can become loose.
Excellent score for sure :D Congrats

Looks like a great setup!

I guess I could run the hoodlum with that rig. The Blackhawk drop leg riq I used during my last deployment to Iraq in 08/09. I was just going thru some boxes and had it out so I thought it might make a nice contrast shot with my M9. I think I'm just going to attach the Hoodlum sheath to the side of my RAID pack and run it that way.

Hi Colt,

That Hoodlum looks nice with your M9 rig! What is the folder in the photo?

The folder is a Buck Bravo. Here is a pic with the Hoodlum attached to the side of my Lightfighter RAID pack:

And here is a size comparrison with a Buck 102:

It also looks like it is the early/first version that said Hoods Woods on the blade.

I like mine a lot!!
