Picked up a nice 110

Me and my son went to a gun and knife show over the weekend.
Had a great time, and picked up a minty pre dot 110 with sheath for only $30 dollars more than what a new 110 would cost! Factory edge, no scratches, one little blemish by a rivet. Pretty close to what a Grail knife for me would be. I guess a 1964 is my ultimate Grail knife!





 
That would be a grail 110 for me as well. Congratulations. Wish I could get as lucky.
 
Thanks. I'm always on the lookout for early 110s when I'm out. This is only the second pre dotter I've come across in the flesh for sale in 3 years of looking. I wish I would have started looking for them a few years earlier.
Does anyone know if this looks to be the correct sheath? I have the knife narrowed down to a 1967-1969.
 
Nice find and looks like correct sheath, check the butt rivets and will let you know what variation looks like 3rd version 5th variation, hard to tell from these photo's
