So I went to a little antique sale locally the other day and was about to leave without finding anything of interest and out of the corner of my eye I saw a small knife case. I went over and opened it up and was pleased to find this little Craftsman Barlow inside in decent condition! The other two knives were beside it. The acrylic white pearl colour knife has no marking what-so-ever, but feels really heavy and solid and both blades have lots of snap and it seems decently put together. I have never seen one like the tiny blue knife before but I imagine it is just a little cheap novelty marked "stainless Japan" and that is it.

The lady was asking $25.00 for the Barlow, $20.00 for the white knife (would this be fairly called a Trapper? Still learning as I go) and $10.00 for the little blue one. I asked her if she would take $25.00 for all three and she took it. I think I did all right. I am just pleased to have my first Barlow! I was also wondering if the little case could be original to the knife or would it have just been an afterthought?

Anyways, here they are...

You did pretty well! I don't believe th sheath for the Barlow is original, looks handdone to me.

Nice scores, welcome to the Darkside! Bwahahahahahaha!!!....

I believe the Craftsman Barlow is the same series as the Ulster Old Timer 10OT

Nice knives :) The Barlow is a nice looking knife, for sure. The white handled knife, is a Trapper pattern. Who is the maker of this one?

That little blue penknife is also a beauty.

The white handled knife has no markings on it whatsoever... I wish I knew! I just sharpened up the little barlow today and she takes a nice edge for sure!
