Picked up this smattering of XXChangers as NOS

I bought these as a curiosity. They are all Case XXchangers. 00050 (2022) - Amber Bone, 00137 (2011) - Rosewood, 00174 (2009) - Rosewood, 18335 (2017) - Camo. Now, since I have a collection addiction, I may have to search for the rest of them.

That's an old idea that never quite caught on but hasn't died out. I have a wallet full of something similar downstairs.
Are you going to use one and see if it's a good idea?

No. I have other knives I can use. And I think I might cut myself whilst changing the blade

There is a new 6.5 Bone set and the older stag set I will probably look for too. I also have a Buck version called The Selector.

There are also some other variations of Rosewood and Amber Bone that I am not as enthusiastic at pursuing.

You’re welcome. That photo is of the old style Selector models. There is a new style Buck Selector available that can include a hoof pick. Gerber and Boker also did Exchangers.

I never got a chance to put these to use. But always loved the concept and design.
