Im going to Israel this summer. Is there any places there where you can buy like automatic or balisong knives.

Very unlikely you will find Automatics
They are very illegal

Depends where you are, you can find Balisongs.
They will be poor quality and expensive
They are also illegal

Just be aware of the knife laws here.
They will cause you serious trouble if you go thru security with one
And if the police stop and search, even bigger trouble
Do NOT carry for self defence.....

Carry a SAK if you need a picnic knife, best with a corkscrew for opening the good wine here
And keep it in your pack, not on your person

any marketplace in haifa or jerusalem will have a plethora of cheap autos, but if you have one at a checkpoint be warned

better to carry one of these
