I would have to account for multiple scenarios here. First is your typical high blood pressure freak-out and resulting random collision. Extracting myself from the seatbelt and burning wreckage could be handled by everyone's favorite edc, the combo edge JYD II with rivet and plate G-10 scales in a cross- hand upward slash.

Then you got your urban goblin blood pressure med drug dealing armed robbery thing that we all deal with, so you need to be ready to deal with that threat with a mix of lethal and nonlethal force multipliers. For example, you can grapple from the drivers seat with hot sauce- soaked leather grappling-gloves, stab with a cold steel shark tactical pen, or swing your short-arcing cold steel trail hawk right on to your urban goblin's humerus bone to stop the grappling attack.

The classic opinel fans might choose to deploy the slicing power of their low cross section blades (but only after soaking the pivot part of the handle in boiled linseed oil to ward off any high humidity blood pressure medication run wood-swelling knife-deployment deal-breaking tactical gaffes.

Well I take a diuretic with my blood pressure meds, so rust resistance is also a factor.
 
You,d need a very high-end ninja sword, you can get one from bud-k for about $20.00 ,
But be sure since you're off your meds at this point, that they are really are Goblins attacking you and not just girlscouts trying to sell you some cookies.
 
Drive away, call 911 give full descriptions of goblins, and zombies at the scene. Wait for further instructions.
