The Spyderco Wegner was my favorite production knife. I hated to see it go, but am glad Blade-Tech is going to produce it again. One thing about Tim Wegner is that he doesn't half way do anything. I haven't handled one of these but would have no problem buying one. If it is like everything else Blade-tech does it will be good quality.
4 position carry option and eliminating the overly large finger groove of the Spyderco design while keeping a pronounced integral guard- Blade Tech is definitely starting off right!
I posted my first impressions in the review forum. I will say that it is constructed much like the Spyderco Military, with the exception that the Pro Hunter has dual nested liners instead of the single liner.
What an awesome knife. Blade-Tech improved an already awesome knife.
