I have two Benchmade 650 Spikes with "Boguszewski design" text on the blade, ATS34 satin/polished, with a small section of serrated blade. Both Spikes have the same blade. 4.1" long, very sharp, very pointy!
One has a black handle, with a very polished clip. The other is a matte, light-grey handle with a flat grey-silver pocket clip. I've never seen a pocket clip like this from Benchmade.
So, I've been letting some of my "collection" go and only keeping some. For example, a 1999 Dual action MT SOCOM, a MT mini-Vector (nonauto), and an early MT Ultratech "Urban Camo" with half of the blade fully serrated. Its actually green and black, vs the modern grey and black when we see urban camo from MT, but it has that text on the pocket clip.
IMHO these Spikes are both awesome and and great EDCs (very thin and lightweight). I'm trying to decide how collectable they are... and would it be blasphemous in the eyes of the knife world to split them up. They do make a very nice pair!
Please post your sage comments about this set of twins.
