I think I'm hooked!

I have many more pics of the process I employed in crafting this fine piece. here

I am ordering a couple more blanks to make as gifts for friends and family. Soon I will be crafting my own blades too.

The finished product, sanded to 2000 with Watco finishing wax. Its a satin finish and I would have preferred a high gloss but this works.

This wood is so dense it feels like polished marble to the hand. The grip is more comfortable than any knife I have ever held. I'm a bit partial I'll admit.

The beauty was put in the wood by God, I am but a craftsman that brings it to light. I am pleased.
