Pics from Hinderer Lottery NYCKS 11-16-2012

Holy cow... amazing. Wish I could have attended!

I hope to own a custom grind XM-18 3.5" with carbon fiber scales SOMEDAY! :)

Question I am finally hopefully going to go to the march show how does this lottery work and how do you get tickets for it. Thanks in advance been dying to go and these pictures pushed me over the edge now I must make the trip.

You just walk up to the Hinderer table and ask for a lottery card. Sign your name and drop it in a bucket, keep the stub with the matching number. One ticket per person although some people bring friends as surrogates so they have more than one chance. That's about it. Payment is cash only.

Cool thanks for the reply.

Thanks so much for sharing photos. Next best thing to being there, which I hope will happen one of the days soon. Or a knife show in Seattle or Portland. Thanks again guys.

Is it me or is there a custom grind in the middle of the table (pic with Rick in it) that appears to look like the tanto design on the
ZT 0700....which is a Hinderer design... If so hope the lucky winner posts pics!

I want a simple XM18 3.5" spanto flipper. Anyone got one to trade for my spearpoint? :D

I would definitely love to attend one of these shows and score a handground custom w/o dropping my lifesavings, haha...

Awesome pics...and some sweet knives. I missed the Plaza Show lottery. The lottery was labeled on one sign as a 2:30 start time and like a fool I didn't bother to ask the Hinderer guys what time it was starting (on the lottery card it said 2:00). My idiot self was eating lunch and came back with two knives left in the lottery...oh we'll, live and learn. Thanks again.

Should you be worried when you own knife collection starts to look like a lottery table ? LOL

Great pics. Thanks!

So, how do you pick a particular knife? Do they call the stub # and let you come up to the table to choose which one you want to purchase?

Edit: Just saw the vids in the other thread. Explains it.
