Why not, I’d venture to guess some of you guys are growing some amazing things.

Picked my first harvest of Kirby cucumbers yesterday:

And here’s today’s:

We’re growing mainly Kirbys, a burpless cucumber plant, and a cherry tomato hybrid this year.

What are you growing?

I have garlic (intentional), mint (weed), and sunflowers (accidental/intentional)!

Those cukes are gorgeous. Are you going to pickle them? Brine or other process?

My cukes will be used in a cucumber salad later today. Sliced with dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simple.

Damn, you’re harvesting already? We’ve had such a late late start to our growing season. Think I saw a couple of buds on our tomatoes...a few hot peppers have started...nothing yet on our cucs or green beans...hopefully get something by late August before the snow starts falling again lol.
