Pics from the SHOT Show?

Really! I just have to see the ATR. Please someone post a pic!

Wow, Sal has been keeping secrets.

What is the name of the Navigator-like integral compression lock knife?

Thanks for the link! I saw a reference to it earlier and was out looking for it. The ATR looks as good as I thought it would. The one below it looks pretty nice too. I like the blade design on the little temperance leaf blade.
The ULU and the Gunting/Khalsa are pretty unusual. Can anyone tell me what they're for? The ULU looks like a box knife.
The new designs look great! Have to start saving my money - no more room for other brands in my collection.

Gotta love that ATR!
Dragonfly with "Pearlex"?
Adding two to my must have list.

Wonder when they'll hit the streets???

The "very strange design- between a Gunting and a Kalsa" is Szabo's UUK. It's a combat knife with reverse grip in mind.

Ulu: who knows what that's for? A prototype was unveiled a couple of years ago, so you might want to search the archives.

The Ulu could be used for anything from cutting carpet and cardboard to skinning to slicing pizza. A modern take on a very old design.

Ooh, pearlex Cricket. I just knew there would be a reason to get another Cricket. Hope it comes in plain edge!

Civilian trainer? Great! I want one!

The Szabo Uuk (Urban Utility Knife) collaboration is originally from a Laci Szabo design and the handmades were originally made by Allen Elishewitz. It is quite useful in the conventional sabre grip. The exaggerated bottom guard is designed to trap/ stop incoming blade/ stick, etc. The angle of the blade in relation to the handle makes for a folding "kukri"! All in all a nice pocket folder.
