So, as I said, had more pics. Way more pics. Pointy has a crap ton of them, but I thought I might post a few of the ones that he doesn't have, or that were specific to me. Anywhoosles, here you go.

Quick, keep the caterpillar off the jimping! It's like playing swords with John Holmes, you won't be happy with the end result. Looks like a good time D!

Kinda funny, I had a run in with a fuzzy pillar myself this last weekend.

I was watching him move across the ground in front of me, I like watching stuff like that. A few minutes later, I felt something on my leg, and since fly's were bad, I just kinda brushed at it. It was the fuzzy, and I had killed it.

I feel bad for that. It was an accident, but he was cool. I generally don't kill things unless there's purpose behind it. I still kinda feel bad over it. :(

Yeah the black white and yellow one dropped out of the sky at us. I was sitting there and heard him hit the ground, turned and looked and there he was, wanting to check out my sweet Becker knives.

Cool post D. Now edit that damn excalibur photo and get the date off. That's a sweet shot.

Nice work man, great photos. Did you put SS hardware on that BK2?

Yeah, it has had stainless hardware since about an hour after I first found Bladeforums and the Becker Subforum.

Great shots. Snagged the wallpaper. I was particularly impressed with the fly tying Pointy did for the challenge. That's how people survive tough situations.

Yeah, I was sitting there wondering what the heck he was doing, next thing I know he has what looks to be a bug on the end of his line, and we walk down the lake and find a little bridge and bam, he gets a fish first try. Blew my mind. Had no idea you could do stuff like that. I never really payed much attention to fishing stuff before cause I have always been terrible at it, but he gave me some pointers, and I feel confident that I could manage to do something worthwhile out there if I had to on my own. Was a great time. Although after watching these sling bow videos, I gotta say, I might be undertaking that this weekend...

Actualy, I was thinking that the pic before it would make nice wallpaper for the pooter. What a beautiful picture.

Just thought I'd throw up a shout-out to the tree stump from the last two pics... Most picturesque tree stump ever.

Way to go guys. I wish my buddies were into survival/bushcraft stuff...they're more of the "cooler of beers and a boombox" campers. While I always enjoy a good party-camp, It's nice to get away with someone that appreciates the art of starting a fire without matches (or a jet-butane bbq lighter), and wants to practice making figure 4 traps. Great pics, looks like an interesting spot to spend a few days in.
