First, a vintage Bulgarian Makarov with some custom work done by Teddy Jacobson of Sugarland Texas:

A Cutters Knife and Tool Bengal karambit. The sheath opens the knife automatically upon withdrawal.

How about some pics of your favorites?

Sorry Willie didn't mean to step on your thread. I re-read the title and notices that it wasn't asking for our favorite things. By the way beautiful Mak. I know I love mine. Picked up an East German at a gun show early in the year. It is amazing how accurate these little gems are.

Thats the nicest makarov ive ever seen! What kind of work dod you have done? Post a pic of that bad boy outta the holster... PLEASE??

Who made the karambit sheath? I've got an Emerson that I'd either like a sheath which does that or which simply carries it already open.

Thank you for your kind words. When I bought the gun, there were several from which to choose. I picked the piece with the best finish. (These guns, intended for the police and military, aren't finished to the same degree one would expect from a fine S&W or Colt. They are all pretty rough.) It turned out, that gun also had the worst trigger. So, I took it to Teddy Jacobson's shop and he did his magic trigger job on it. He also did his "Street Reliability Package" on the gun as well as a feed ramp polishing. It is an absolute jewel.

I've always wanted a Ted Yost Browning HP, but for what they cost I could buy 50 RC5's... or for that matter 20 Makarovs.

I'd love to have a BHP too but I understand they are now being made with cast, rather than forged frames.

On the contrary HAK, I'd love to see pics of everyone's favorites.

Have any pics of your EG Mak?
