That is absolutely gorgeous.

For the record, I still think that nice stabilized burls can be just as tactical as anything else. Micarta/G10/Carbon fiber are not requisite handle materials for "tactical" knives, and this knife is one of the reasons why. After all, if you're operating in a wooded environment, the shiny black carbon fiber look is arguably less tactical than this one.

Forgive me for interjecting my opinion - I guess I just had to get it out... :)
 
That is a beauty. I saw it in Blade magazine. That is now one of my favorite knife styles. Congratulations, Terry doea wonderful work.
 
What?? NO WAY!! A TACTICAL knife with a FANCY wood handle??? NO WAY!!!Impossible, It CANNOT be!!!

Nice shots Jim. I'm glad you've been happy with the knife. You missed out on the handmade sheath that usually comes with them, but it looks like the one you found fits pretty good. I can't say that I blame you for not wanting to wait on a sheath after the knife was at Blade for a month or so.
