I got out in the woods a while over the weekend and just thought I'd show a few pics of my favorite hideout. This is on the Nescopeck mountain in Northeastern PA,the lands been in the family for about 200yrs.My dad built the cabin back in the 70s for hunting and snowmobiling,to of my nieces husbands are keeping it up now.I spent a lot of time on this mountain back in my youth and it's always good to get back up there.

The pictures of the farm fields give an idea of the location in respect to my Mom's place,if you look over the roof of the buildings the cabin lies just above the roof of the building on the right side of the picture,a distance of about 4 mi.

Very Nice.

Thanks for sharing with a thread.

It's great to get away from it all from time to time.

Awesome place, I like that old Power Wagon too.

That's my preferred mode of transportation up there, that old girls hauled a lot of wood off that mountain,it's the 3rd one we've had, between dad and I.:thumbup:My brother had an old MB that got around real good too,it was narrow enough to run the snowmobile trails with but it wasn't much on hauling wood.
