Mostly just read here but thought this was worth posting. Changing the scales on a PM2 was kind of a pain but I like how it turned out. I thought some guys might like to see the results:

I like the color a lot...especially with the black blade, but not sure about the texture for me. Are there other options? Thanks for posting.
 
That's the only g10 texture he has now as far as I know but I guess the G10 is a new thing for him so maybe he'll do some other textures. All I know is the orange pm2's I saw on ebay were VERY expensive. I wanted an orange pm2 but I won't pay $500 for it. ha ha I'm with you though big fan of the color combo. Always heard good things about the pm2 and pleased to finally have one. Really liking it even before with factory scales.
 
They look great. Where did you order and how much were they? I have a grey one that might benefit from something like this :D
 
BHQ but they were gone soon after I got mine. They were about $80 I think.
 
Looks cool. I really like it with the black blade as well. Thanks for sharing.
