Great single blade knife that will take care of almost all the chores a guy has.

NICE....I like them lil buggers.....

I wonder which of the companies still standing was the first to make Soddys......and why they felt they had to do that art work thingy on the blades??

You gotta have a Soddie!! Very nice.
The logo guy looks like Blues in his younger years.
:p

I really like my one and only Soddie
A Queen Country Cousin with D2 in black!

I rebeveled mine on the DMT Aligner jig, now it is wicked sharp.
And I brassoed the etching so it is now a fainter gray.

What a great work knife...
All for $22!!!

Nice.
Kershaw 1993-2 is sort of similar style (but it is a lockback of course...).

I have been thinking about picking up a Sodbuster myself. How strong is the joint on these? Are they much weaker than a bolstered knife?

Flymon, I believe them to be stronger than a bolstered Knife... My opinion only....

Mine had an okay edge, but not sharp at all. It took me a couple hours with various grits of sandpaper to put a nice...and I mean nice...convex edge on it.

Hey, PowerNoodle, I like your trio. Mine is the S&W M&P 9c, Fenix L1D, and of course, this Sodbuster. Great noodles noodle alike.
