Can anyone post some pics of large knives in a Southern Comfort Rig. I have been to the river city site & googled but can't find any pics, just pics of the sheath, but I don't understand how it carries on the person exactly.

Thanks.

Like I said in your last thread IWB strong side. Edge trailing opposed to the edge leading of a reverse draw.

Southern Comforts can be carried strongside or crosdraw. Knfe and sheath go behind the belt or Inside the Waistband. All the stud does is to prevent the whole unit from falling below belt level. Position and angle for use is determined by the user finding his "sweet spot". The stud usually does not have to be in contact with belt - belt pressure hold the unit snug to the body.

Here ya' go with a draw sequence.

thanks for info & pics. I wasn't sure if it was some sort of semi inverted SOB carry.

Anyway, I carry a CS OSS in a similar position pretty much vertical, but w/ the main edge out and my main draw/grip is a reverse hammer. However, that would not be appropriate grip for bowie generally.

Is there any fundemental difference in the basic design of your sheath from a Laredo Bowie factory sheath?

Also, if the stud in your sheaths reversible?

How long is the bagwell in your pics?
