pics on posts

i'm a basic member. do i need to be more to put up a pic of blades i want to trade? if not, how,specifically, do i do it. i'm not very computer educated. i have the pics saved onto a disk. how do i get them from there to my posts?

If you become a premium or gold member you'll be able to upload your pix directly to the Bladeforums server, which is a very convenient way to do it, and if you get a gold membership you'll be able to sell here too.

The other way is to host them on some other server and link to them here. You may be getting some space for a small website with your net account, and if you figure out how to use that you can host your pix there. Or you can open an account at a pic-hosting site -- good luck finding one that's both reliable and doesn't cost you more than a gold membership here....

I guess this amounts to kind of a commercial for gold membership, but if you choose to host your pix on some other server that's okay with us; we won't be mad at you.
