Pics Request; NMSFNO with FSH

I'm decided I need an 8 inch Busse, it seems the NMSFNO and FSH are the best choices. Could someHog please post a comparison pic? Thanks. If anyHog has another 8 inch Blade to throw into the mix, feel free to post pics.

Here you go. From top to bottom in the first pic:

1. SAR-8
2. NMSFNO LE
3. HHFSH
4. Uncle Mofo

They all have an 8 inch blade. Don't ask me which one is my favorite. I really don't know. What I like about the SAR-8 and Uncle Mofo is that you don't see them often on the exchange. They have some kind of "exclusivity factor". The HHFSH is a Busse classic. The NMFSNO one of the most versatile knifes in the Busse line up. They all are great knives.

the SAR8 and MOFO are noticeably lighter than the NMSFNO and FSH (especially the HH). but you can't go wrong with any of those IMO. they're all fine knives. just depends on how much weight you want. the SAR 8 is the lightest of those but sacrifices a bit of chopping power for the weight.

I think you should also seriously consider the TMDSF... I stopped carrying my NMSFNO in lieu of it as my 8"er of choic. Same length and thickness, handle is more comfortable on DSF to me, chops well and the difference in weight and quickness in hand is SIGNIFICANT.

You can also get one for over a hundred bucks (if not more) less.

Al-Sheikh, thanks for that pic. It looks like it's between the NMSFNO and the Uncle Mofo. The Uncle Mofo reminds me of the Scrap Yard Yard Guard I never should have sold. I'm just curious, how do you like the handle on the Uncle Mofo?

Afwan Actually, i like the magnum scales on my NMSFNO much better. For me they provide more comfort and grip than the narrow standard scales of the Mofo. If you are looking for a user I personally would recommend the NMSFNO over the Mofo. i perceive the Mofo more as a fighting knife. The NMSFNO is more of a practical camping/survival/woodwork tool. NMSFNO for comfort and practicality. Mofo for the looks

No prob jaxs. Thanks to the Hogs for the pics. I'm eager to see the B8 too. I might be wrong, but I get the impression that the B8 looks like a FSH with a Res-C handle. Thats why I wanted the comparison.
