I have been about as busy as it gets in the shop... here's a few pics!

Ultralight Titanium Backpacker - ready for blast and stonewash :D Once my compressor part is in these will be shipping out.

Tumbling Keychain Tools for that extra smooth finish. I'm spraying them down with windex to help the ceramic cut nicely.

New magnet strip for files... finishing area

I'm getting all of my folder tooling organized for folders! Labeled magnetic strips!

Keychain tools ready to finish! I'm also just waiting on the part for these.

Chamfering the Titanium Keychain Tools with a split belt. The 1" wide split belt (cut in half by hand) really gets into the inside corners nicely.

Looking good dude! I have those drill bit charts too! haha

Man your organization is something to be admired.

I just about collect drill and tap charts... I have the Starret ones everywhere. :D

Thanks on the organization too!

(on the magnets) I generally store everything tooling wise in individual containers but am going to really enjoy having my gear at hand.

eagerly awaiting keychain tools

I should be shipping any day now, once the compressor line/parts are in it's on! They only need a quick blast and finish before signature.

Awesome pics and love to see them getting finished!

Thanks BLK! I have a bunch more lined up too...

Good Stuff! Thanks, Daniel!!

Thanks Rolf! Much appreciated.

How'd you split the belts by hand?

I just split the metal lap seam carefully with a kiridashi then slowly tear in half. With most belts the rip will follow the seam. Tear off all the extra stringy stuff and you are good to go.

Be very sure to remove any excess stringy stuff... you do not want that catching a knife! You may need to stop and check the belt from time to time. I run them slow after splitting.

They sell belt splitters at USAKM for more precision belt splitting.

You know that one... it needs a shelf! :D Sounds cool! Yeah that grind is crazy!

I'm looking forward to the video!

We have had some great weather here too, most of the snow is melted and I'm ready to start a garden soon.

Nice grinds on that for sure, can that grind be a choice in other knives? I'm thinking framelock?
