around your picture. Or just click on the box that has a tree inside it under your text options and insert your image there.

Your pictures have to be uploaded to a web hosting service such as photobucket. From there you can either insert the IMG code provided by the site in your post or you can wrap the web address of the picture thus:

You don't have to use a web hosting service, but it's the best way.

You can also use Manage Attachments by clicking on Go Advanced. (Lower right corner)
This will allow you to post a picture directly from you computer. It's not the best way though.
