Can anyone post a pix and/or details of weight and balance on the HI version of the Tin Chirra? I have suffered a long dry spell(due to surgery, moving to another state and unemployment) and think this is the next khukuri I will order. Probably an 18 incher. What I am looking for is a Khukuri with a fuller/wider blade profile than my Durba 21in Dui Chirra that is relatively light. My Dui Chirra is my favorite khuk and I think this would make a nice compliment.

Any information will be appreciated, and a pix would be GREATLY appreciated.:D Its hard to get by on pix when your HIKV is full blown and out of control- I didn't think I was going to survive the PGA's! Medicine for HIKV at give away prices and I still couldn't afford to fill my perscription!:( I'm sure many other forumites can relate.:eek:

I still need to get a few pix! I hope this week I can get them mailed to Uncle Bill!

The Tin chirra is an awesome blade! I special ordered mine with steel fittings and the kamis replaced the traditional rings on the handle with finger grooves. It has a 1/2 inch thick blade and a chruwa handle!

WOW! That sounds like a VERY cool rig:) I can't wait to see that one.

Although Yvsa's not going to like the Chiruwa handle:p :p :D
