Picture at top of each post

Almost everyone has a pic of themselves, their family, their dog or whatever that goes at the top of every post.

Everyone but me that is - how do I do that? And does the pic need to come from Photobucket or can I just copy it from my hard drive?

And same question about an Avatar - except I also need to know if there is a source of Avatars that I can browse and then pick one. And then get it onto the forum.

The picture at the top of every post next to the username is the avatar.

Go to http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/profile.php?do=editavatar
for choices of an outside avatar or one from your computer.
