Upload your pictures to a photohosting site, photobucket, imageshack, imgur, etc.

I know he's supposed to answer on the Tech Support forum, but I might as well answer.
Upload the photos to a picture-hosting site, like Photobucket.
Copy the image URL, then click the little picture icon when making a post.
Paste the image URL.
