Even zone hardened.
Etched and re-polished it in about 30 minutes.
You can't really see the hamon in this pic,
the shadow lines you see are reflections.
Single fuller, a reflection makes it look double.

Nicest Chinese Dao I've ever held.
Can't wait to learn our school's Chen taijidao.

35" OAL / 28.1 oz / NSHR=7.1
1/4" thick spine with very mild distal taper until false edge.
