Snapped this pic while skinning the big doe I got last week.

I love that Russian Steel and man is that Handle comfortable.
Birch Bark ROCKS

The Whitetail are pretty big in Manitoba, I think she was almost 200lbs before I dressed her.
My Best Friend shot her son the next morning.
And then we got another one from that group the following day.
Gotta love predictable patterns.

I've been pressing birch bark in a vice for a week and I'm going to make a handle with it for a Lauri blank I got. This PICNIC was a really inspiring piece.

Heres the results of my inspiration from the picnic

I used a 3.7" Lauri blank
It's my first knife and I love it
There is more info in the gallery forum

Thank you Rosarms for the inspiration and a great knife.

Very nice looking Real Finish knife :)

Thanks here's my most recent one. I've been using Vegetable Ivory and Curly maple. I think I'm coming along, How about we import some Russian Steel blanks and make our own handles.

Or come out with a Rosarms Scandi.

I was just thinking how amazing a ROSarms Scandinavian knife would be. I have been shopping various Scandinavian knives for a while now and would most certainly buy one based on what I have seen on these forums.
