There was a thread very, very recently about this I think. Just look a few pages back.
Quick summary: The SAR6 is a beefier blade, being a bit wider and having more steel than the CGBJ. The handle ergonomics are different, too, though people are divided over which one is better; some say the SAR 6's curve is weird but it fills the hand more, others say the BJ's contours are more shaped to the hand but it's too thin.
