After going over nearly 150,000 posts in the last 24 hours here is what I have come up with:
1)You can post anything you want approx once a month...anything, girls butts, rebel flags, roadkill possum...anything.
2)You can post pictures of knives twice a month, preferably new models, and preferably on the Custom Knife forum
3) Someone else can post pictures of you knives all they want (Jerry help me out here)
4)No matter what you post Tim is gonna insult you
5)No matter what you post sam (just the facts maam) isnt going to like it
6)No matter what you post there are no rules so we are all the the whim of big brother here
Theres are not hard and fast rules, but rather guidelines to be followed in maintaining a nice social setting without any conflict or other controversy. Sincerely

I post pics once in a while myself. I try to do it with respect or what I see as respect.

Post new stuff and HONEST questions not made up stuff to get more traffic to your site.
The post about ugly knives is a good one.
for example. Its honest and not an add for knives.

I dont feel there is any stead fast rules here are needed. All I am asking is for a little toning down of the posts to show product and attract attention to them.

As for the Custom forum thats up to Gus IMHO.

Post um here twice a month I dont care . I dont Kits feelings and Allens but its fine with me.

The other thing we must look out for is nudity. If you plan on post these types of posts they have to go to W&C. Some parts of the body have to be covered. That is Sparks rule. The days of posting them on the main forums is over. There is something about a new law.......... and so on from what he tells me.

As for Herman he's a nut job so expect it. :d

Put the post in the proper forums thats what there for. Your gains will be more if there in the right place ???

As for clients posting pics well as long as it not Hyped or asked for its great. People will say what they want.

Also so I dont consider myself A BIG BROTHER
Type of person. I am just a knifemaker like you. My hands are as dirty as yours.

I am just asking for a little common since.

please believe this...I am NOT trying to get more traffic to my site.....I am only trying to have fun. end of story.

Speaking of ugly, I saw one at the Springfield Mo. NKCA show this weeekend (Paul from AG Russel snapped it up or I would have). No one knows where it came from or When it was made but all who saw it (5 or 6 makers) agreed that it started Butt Ugly and got worse with hard use. Blade and guard made from a horse shoe and pinned together with horse shoe nails. About 3/8 gap between slab horn and guard on one side and more of a gap on the other. Someone has got to talk Paul into posting a Pic of that one. Got to be the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Paul said he had never seen anything close to it.
