Picture request

I'm trying to decide between the 3.5" XM 18 and the XM 24. Can somebody put up pics comparing either of those to a CRK Umnumzaan or Strider SMF? I EDC those knives and would like a size comparison from several angles including length when closed, handle thickness, and OAL. I know the numbers are easy to get but a picture is worth a thousand words

I've got a few photos in my bucket similar to this request, but none closed and no Umnumzaan. I'll post them here just for a reference. I still own all of these, but while a Hinderer is easy to get as reaching into my pocket, the others are "put away".

I always say it the way it is..... (blessing and a curse) The XM fits in your hand like it landed there. IF you disagree let me know and I will buy your "mistake"

Unless you have a really odd size hand - I think you will be pleasantly surprised

BTW: Used to live in Bethlehem Township, Coopersburg and Saucon Valley - Not far from you now, Let me know if I can be of help:thumbup:

This is very helpful. Is that a pond scum scale on your 24? It looks like the blade thickness is similar on the XM 18 and the Umnumzaan, is that right?

No, the Umnumzaan is much thinner in blade thickness and overall knife thickness.
