Well I like to take pictures of my CRK's just for insurance purposes, and we all know some of these pieces are rare, and or expensive. This should also be the last few photos for a while, as im pretty sure my wife is ready to kill me. She just rolls her eyes when i get home, and just start opening boxes.
First up is a nice im pretty excited about. I found this on the exchange by accident, it was a rather old posting. For blade 2008 Chris created 20 prototype umnumzaan's. Well I was actually able to score 1 of 20.....the actual number 1 of 20. Freaking awesome piece of CRK history in my opinion. Ok enough talking....pictures.
Large mammoth bark...great colors on this one.
Small carbon inlay....I like this one alot more that I thought I would. I dont think CF pictures very well, so there are lots of bad photos out there.
Mnandi Lignum Vitae....Hard to get how green this knife is. Under bright lights it loses the green
Large Classic MM calf skin inlay. This is pretty sexy knife, and the leather is very soft.
ANNNNNND....just to prove that I do EDC CRK heres some photos of my users. Large insingo, and mammoth ladder mnandi. Just because I EDC them does not mean that I treat them like a fixed blade though. Im a city guy, so these see much more office tasks, or food prep. Im not skinning animals, though I would use my insingo for that with no concern.
