"Pictures & Albums" link not showing up in User CP

I just renewed my membership and upgraded from Basic to Gold. That's great but I am having a small problem.

My picture albums did not show up in my profile when I upgraded to the Gold membership. And, when I go to the User Control Panel, the "Pictures and Albums" option does not come up.

I missed my renewal date, so I'm not worried if the pictures are lost because of it. I can easily recreate the albums if I can get the "Pictures and Albums" option to come up in my User CP.

I'm not sure if that stuff is retained or not if your subscription lapses. Try starting a new one and see what happens.
 
Well... that is the problem. The "Pictures and Albums" link does not show up when I go to my User CP.
 
What do you have listed under "Networking"
 
I always thought that gold members and below don't get the pictures & albums link. I don't have it either, anyway.
 
i have the the three previous options plus the "pics and albums" so maybe it is a platinum thing option only?

I had the option when I was only a Basic Member. I had several albums of pictures, now they are all gone.

When I upgraded to Gold, the option *disappeared*.

Since that is the case, I imagine that it was accidentally not enabled for gold members or accidentally enabled for basic. Spark or one of the supers ought to be around soon to work it out.
 
Somehow it got turned off. Sorry about that.
