Pictures too BIG!!!

Hello, need help! Please! I have tried for a couple of days to upload picture to this site. No matter what I do it always says "file too big, error". I have tried compressing the photos but the quality is horrible and it still doesn't want them, shrunk down to 200 or below. I have tried imgur at one members urging but I am having zero luck. Any help appreciated. I'm new here and totally in the weeds.......... Happy Holidays!

Since you're Gold you can just click "upload a file" and go directly to a folder on your computer, tablet, or phone. The file size must be less than 500kb. If they're too big just resize them via an app or email them to yourself.

Not only 500kb or less, but 1,600 x 1,200 pixels or less as well.

When all else fails, use imgur.com to host your photos and copy / paste the BBCODE share codes.
