Pictures

I tried using the instructions that Mike Hull posted awhile back on how to post pictures. I clicked on the manage attachments button, then browse, found the picture in My Pictures, clicked on it, but I don't see anything anywhere that says Post. I tried just clicking on Upload but that won't work. Any suggestions?

I've always had to host my pictures on my website in order post an image.
