I'm on a dial-up, so I didn't load them all, but what I did see looks REALLY great! On that dagger blade, are you going to leave that center section rough like that? I was looking at Derek Munroe's webpage over the weekend and he had a couple of daggers where the center is left really heavily hammer marked, but the rest was finished really smooth. Cool effect, if you ask me. I'm not a huge fan of daggers, but for some reason that counterpoint between a nice edge and bevel and the rough center just calls out to me! Anyway, very nice, clean designs. Thanks for sharing!

thanks. i think i'm going to clean it up. i like the thick center spine on the daggers. i love the way this one is coming out its a 5/8" wide blade i think. and about 1/4" thick. now i just need to draw out the tang a little or weld more tang onto it. thanks for the comments

I really like the filework on the piece on page 2. I like the way you terminated the "S" pattern with the diamond.

thanks a lot. i do the basics of a vine but instead of having the thin lines head all in one direction. i flip the blade over and head in the opposite direction. i just finished one of the neck knives in the first pic with the same filework. they're both going to have thong holes and no handles. nice little neck knives. 5/32" 154CM. off to HT tonight :D

nice stuff! I like the last one on the second page and the one with the brass bolster. SWEET!~

thanks guys. yeah getting ready for the NCCA show in CT in may. can't wait. i need to take some more pics tomorrow or the fileworked neck knives. they're definately gong to be repeat patterns.
