Arnold you were soooooo bad, that I lost my Avatar while I was trying to change it...:grumpy:

There is some flaw in the software that they are working on. There are a couple of threads in Service and Support.

Codger gave good advice for a backup, or even fulltime.

The Scorpion King

Arnold,
When you get your pictures back, please post a pic of the scorpion hide. Or was that what caused your picture server to go down, a bug (scorpion) in the software? :D

(In the voice of Rod Serling) For those of you relatively new here who do not understand this reference, a while back the Blade Forum servers went poof. Several of us could not get on the other sites (Knifeforums, or AAPK, dont remember which) and Sir Lawrence of The Gates/Gore Internet team walked me through a tracer thing that showed my routing across the WWW. WOuldn't you know it...my lack of access was in a server in Jamaica.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programing.....

The BF mail server was also down, I updated the email in my profile and never got a confirmation link to reactivate, After much trying, resetting my password and trying to send a message to the support forum, I decided to register again with a new name.

I don't know if the old name can be revived but the new one is close enough and I will use it for now at least.

I think that when the server problems are ironed out, the administrators can help you revive the original I.D. with no trouble. I've had this happen myself when replacing a scorched computer or changing internet service providers.
