Piggy back sheath pic request

Hey guys, I have been wanting to put togeather a sheath for my RC4 and Izula. I can't decide on leather or kydex, so lets see some pics of both. I'm leaning more towards kydex, because I carried my Izula for 1 day in Texas last month in a leather sheath I made and it had rust spots on it by the end of the day. (it wasn't oiled as well as normal, probably had something to do with it)

So, I'm here for inspiration, and I'll put pics up when I get around to building it/them. (when you can't decide, GET BOTH!)

These look great!! I was just looking for a few pics of this. I am going to try to build a piggyback system for the knives I've been working on. I really like the arrow head idea, but not sure I you would need them on the sheath. Seems like in the pack would make more sense.. I guess its good to have with you in case you lose your pack.

I want to try to include my 5" bushie, small utility, leatherman, and a fire steel. All the things that I use on a regular basis. Not sure if it would be heavy to carry on my belt. I would mostly carry it on the outside of my pack or camelback, and sometimes on my belt.

What is the leather for?

My guess would be so they knives don't rub or a belt loop?

I don't think I would want to go the lose one lose them all route.

I'd rather have one or two hid for a rainy day, or at least make them look for the others. There is always the possibility of some critter carrying them away, or something weird that would cause them to fall away unnoticed.

Now if you had two sets of three you're golden!
